The expansion of inductive approach on example of anxiety-depressive disorders

Yu.S.Savenko

The work demonstrates that in the main bulk of pharmacological therapeutic publications summarized in concluding work of Prof. S.N.Mosolov in regard to therapy of anxiety-depressive disorders and their co-morbidity has been eliminated the difference between psychotic and non-psychotic disorders, psychotic depressions have been compared with non-psychotic anxiety disorders and researches themselves have been conducted on mixed anxiety-depressive conditions, but not on monomorhous depressive and anxiety syndromes.

In such a case have been unreasonably identified notions of syndrome and cluster as well as co-morbidity of nosological forms and syndrome structures.

In all this is considered the reason for statements about “small productivity” of clinical psychopathological method, which actually had been supplanted by scales, researches only on large extracts and so on instead of in parallel conducted individual researches by phenomenological method on small extracts.
